Richard Veitch MD

Richard is the founder of Kestrel, having successfully expanded his own small company and has over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Richard's agricultural background gives him an excellent understanding of soil and turf and his specialist knowledge of farming equipment allowed him to quickly adapt to the fine turf market.

Richard's innovation and extensive knowledge of agricultural machinery allowed him to use engineering and construction machinery fit for purpose and where necessary custom-build in order to give Kestrel a leading edge against competitors.

Richard retains a hands on role within the company on a day to day basis and casts a keen eye over new machinery in the market in a bid to help Kestrel maintain their competitive advantage.

William Buxton, Contracts Director

Will's role comprises overseeing the company's medium to larger sized projects and he is responsible for communicating with a wide range of people, from the clients, MD to the on site personnel.

Wills duties also involve estimating, valuations and communicating with Site Managers ensuring contracts run smoothly.

His ability to manage projects efficiently and communicate effectively coupled with a conscientious attitude are key in dealing with high pressure situations and being able to achieve tight deadlines.

William Martin, Sales & Marketing Director

William (Billy) is the person responsible for ensuring the company is dynamic and remains at the forefront of the market.

His role involves a pro-active search for new business in order to stay competitive and keep Kestrel moving forward.

Billy has been integral in the company's diversification and growth from a renovations company, to one, which now is among the market leaders and offers comprehensive expertise in all aspects, of natural and synthetic sportsground construction.

Billy's duties also involved tendering for projects, generation of sales leads and the management of a small sales team.

Lynne Veitch, Company Secretary

Lynne has been with Kestrel since conception and is responsible for evaluating the company's financial performance.

She is responsible for the regulation of the company and is integral in the creation, maintenance and publishing of the company's accounts.

Lynne's professional attitude and knowledge of accounting make her a central figure in the day-to-day running of the business.

Lynne role involves taking a general overview of the company to ensure the company runs smoothly and is performing from top to bottom.

Debbie Bransom, Office Manager

Debbie is a key member of Kestrel and is essential in helping the office-based side of the business run efficiently.

Debbie has an intimate knowledge of the company's operations and valuable industry experience. She has been a key figure in monitoring and facilitating the company's growth.

Her role is very diverse and her advanced computing skills, adaptability and conscientiousness mean she is a central figure of the accounts, administrative and sales teams.

Craig Martin BCS Hons, PQS

Craig is a recent additional to the burgeoning Kestrel team and will have a key role in ensuring a tight control is kept on projects and will be responsible for valuations.

Craig will provide an important link between the on site operations and the office staff to ensure contracts run smoothly and all aspects are accountable.

Craig's professional attitude and attention to detail ensures he will be a key figure in any future expansion of the company.

Matt Stubbs BA Hons, Sales and Marketing

Matt Stubbs is the newest office based addition to Kestrel and is responsible for the companies marketing campaigns as well as being a key part of the expanding sales team.

Matt has a degree in management, graduating from Southampton University in 2007.

Matt's offers Kestrel a lot of added value with his knowledge of marketing and motivation for sales, meaning he is likely to be a key member of the team in the future.

Joe Boniface BA Hons, IT and Sales Manager

Joe has a key role in modernising the image of the company and exploring new sales techniques and ideas.

Joe's role involves the generation and management of sales leads, estimating and when needed assisting the admin departments as well as maintaining the company website.
