Aside from the 12 natural grass sports pitches which were partially stripped of topsoil and re-graded, drained, topsoil re-spread and sand ameliorated, a full size dynamic base 60mm long pile monofilament sand and rubber crumb filled 3rd Generation synthetic football surface was constructed.
The Kids Are All Right
A 3rd Generation Tiger turf Challenger rubber crumb filled long pile synthetic surface was laid onto an engineered base. This product uniquely allows both football & hockey to be played on the same surface is passed for approval at both FA and IHF levels. Fencing & floodlights were also installed which enable these facilities to be used in the evenings after school and at the weekends.
The Akademy, MK Dons, Harefield United FC, Hampton Rangers FC
Kestrel re-surfaced MK Dons training facility and the Akademy, Dronfield for Kenny Dalglish. A 60mm pile 3rd Generation monofilament football surface was installed on both occassions.
Kestrel have also constructed 2nr 6 a side courts for Hampton Rangers FC and Harefield United FC.
