New Turf Laying Machine's Baptism Of Fire!

Kestrel re-turfed the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff prior to the 2004 F.A. Cup Final between Manchester United and Millwall FC. It was the first opportunity to use the company's brand new BRL120, Kestrel’s state of the art turfing machine and it certainly didn’t disappoint!

The newly designed BRL120 can lay up to 360 square metres of turf within the hour and is 98% accurate without the use of guidance boards on the pitch and so reduces time wastage and reduces costs.

This new turf laying machinery ensures Kestrel are in a position to offer a competitive and high quality turfing service to professional and amateur sports clubs as well as for schools and landscaping projects.
